lovely pool area, powerful shower, outstanding views from the cable car

Not allowing outside food or water really hampered my stay!!! The mini fridge did little to keep items cold, and I found the lack of WiFi in the rooms disappointing!!! Plus, daily towel management seemed quite ineffective.

I had a pleasant experience at a hotel during my stay. The pool area was a highlight, as it was not over crowded and there were many activities to do. I found the staff helpful and friendly. They took the time to assist with my key card issue, making check-in smooth. Being from Greater Manchester, I appreciate friendly service.
